Attention to everyday wear and tear
Dust has an abrasive effect on coatings. Over the years, as a result of repeated friction, it eventually scratches varnished surfaces (epoxy resin, varnishes applied to decorative concretes). The best prevention therefore consists of vacuuming followed by wiping with a damp cloth
When a surface has become weathered, you can also sand it using fine sandpaper (standard 400 grade sandpaper), and apply one or two coats of varnish. A good finish provides effective protection against stains, which are far easier to remove.
Carnauba wax: a combination of Marius Aurenti materials
Made from mineral resin and carnauba, a South American plant, this colourless wax forms a hard and resistant film, which protects the coating from wear and tear and makes it easier to clean. It can be used on all smooth or porous surfaces (natural stone, marble, terracotta, concrete, decorative coatings, etc.). Take a look at our Carnauba Wax.
Ecological cleaning: bathrooms cleaned with citric acid
Non-toxic, non-corrosive, not harmful to the skin, airways or the environment, citric acid is an excellent biodegradable cleaning agent. It is perfect for maintaining decorative concrete and epoxy resin, porcelain, chrome, etc. As a gentle lime scale remover, it is highly recommended for cleaning sanitary ware. Remember fungicide for outdoors
For mosses, bacteria and fungus that can grow on the surface of materials in wet and humid areas (on patios or in the joints between walls and the ground, for example), your craftsman can use our ma’s fungicide, when he has completed his application, for either prevention or cure.
