Hôtel de Nell
Clean lines and a palette of sand and timber. At Hôtel de Nell, materials create an understated sense of hospitality.

The architecture
Jean-Michel Wilmotte’s interior design brings together gentle tones, warm timber and lighting tailored to each use. In the bathrooms, volumes are clearly composed around washbasins and bathtubs.
Materials in the project
Marius Aurenti mineral surfaces extend this restrained approach. Their texture and tonal variations bring a tactile presence to walls and volumes, in dialogue with timber and white elements.
Grazing light reveals variations in the material, while carefully resolved junctions contribute to the coherence of the whole.
