“Parisian interior design agency Murs & Merveilles transformed a Provençal-style vacation home into a modern, elegant villa overlooking the sea. Luminous whiteness, light wood and clean styling are the common threads running through this beautiful project.
“The original arches, which open the kitchen and the back of the house onto the large living room, have been preserved, giving a gentle rhythm to the space. A bespoke unit in MDF and oak, incorporating the sink and cupboards on one side, also acts as a bar and extends along the wall as a side desk.
Above the bar, “Socket” suspension fixtures, Ferm living. Stools, Hay. Above the custom-made table in solid oak, “Ballroom XL” pendant lights, Design By Us. Chairs bought on the Internet. Waxed concrete floor, Marius Aurenti”.
